About the Teacher
Aaron is a lifelong student of all things related to health, mind and spirit.
He first encountered Qigong at an early age through his grandparents, who continued to practice and maintain good health well into their late 90's. This spark ignited a thirst for knowledge that grew and progressed as life proceeded. It lead to an open investigation of the many traditions of meditation and prayer found all over the world. While pursuing this, he returned to the sincere study of Qigong and healing arts under the tutelage of a Chinese doctor who initiated him into the mysteries of this tradition.
More recently, Aaron has deepened this knowledge and experience through study and practice with Sifu George Picard (thevillageofhealingandwellness.com). George's integration of traditional concepts with western medical science has deepened the understanding of this art and discipline to new levels while benefitting many students along the way.
